The big picture.

when dealing with Ryan Homes, always remember, they are a company, and as a company they are trying to turn a profit.

I am an advocate of a business earning a profit, but i also want a fair deal.  So basically, if I feel it was a fair deal, and they agree to it, then it is a good deal.  even if I paid 5k for something, but someone else paid less.

So with that being said I plan on reavealing the process the best I can.  I will start with saying that my sales rep did his job.  I bought a townhouse for a price I was Ok  with.  He didn't use high pressure sales techiques, My wife and I agreed to buy when we were ready.  the process was effecient.
