Building a new town home in Fredricksburg, VA. the process we went through, and the info we got. Ryan Homes is building this for us, well actually a builder named Jim is building it. From all I have read and saw... Ryan Homes or not, it is the BUILDER who builds a good home. Ryan Homes is just the $$ policy, standards etc behind that builder. Just my view of it.

Rate locked 3.25%
I got my rate locked @ 3.25%. That i feel is a good rate, better than ever imagined before. The lender, NVR will charge 1%, no matter the rate, and i got .125% discount.
